Hellooooooo! So..on day 2, Miyoko was too lazy to makeup(hahaha!) and join us(Rei,Yukio) at AFA'11. okay i'll let the pictures talk :P

AFA 2011~Part One~

Hey~~ It's kinda too late to be blogging about AFA(anime festival asia,get that RIGHT!!) 2011....BUT!! i gotta 'dump' those pictures!!can't waste them! >.<
so~ i went with Miyoko on Saturday....
 but...i didn't bring my camera(my sister's,since at that time i haven't bought my own).....so...only managed to get a blur picture of the picture i took with the kawaii baby beel!!! \^O^/!!!

 IT WAS FREEEEEEEE!!!! <3 HOHOHO I LOVE FREE STUFF!!(TYPICAL SINGAPOREAN ATTITUDE)



so....basically Miyoko and I walked around a little bit and sat down behind a Miku car and talked! and then we went to eat Haagen Dazs!

Short Update~My New Camera~

Hey! :D i apologise for being SUPER DUPER LAAZZZZZY(i'm a pig!)

so to pacify readers(if there are any at all XD) i'll show you my new camera!!
:DTADAAA!!! 'CHIO' BOH!!(singlish slang for pretty not?)
the main advantage of this camera is that it has dual lcds!! :D perfect for camwhoring
gals like me! XD

if you follow me on twitter(or facebook), then you would know that i went to Sitex '11,which is an IT fair with the best deals! original price of this camera is SGD$299 but i got it for SGD$179!!!yayyy~~~
right now,i'm going to show a really no-makeup picture of me (>.< ) just to show off my camera!

okaaay....this is me without any make-up except concealer and foundation(plain me)
anyway ignore my 'cui'(awful) face and LOOK AT THE CAMERA!!! see the little human thingy on the outside?? its the screen! its capturing my picture! :D

this is what i like about the camera! :DD so far there is no problems and its pretty good for a noob camera user like me :D

Prom Night~

Hi all~ it's around the time for prom!well,for students anyway! my school
prom's theme this year is MASQUERADE! :DD but many students are just going with
simple dresses and a mask haha XD
so prom is kind of like a once in a lifetime experience(err....maybe not....)
but the POINT IS! everyone(especially girls!) want to look good on that night
and show off!
so i'm going to give you some ideas for prom! :DD
since i'm not that experienced in fashion styling,i won't give lousy advice on what
kind of clothes you should wear! but do shop with your friends to get more opinions
on what suits you best!
for hairstyles, if you have medium to long hair, you can try this!

the lady is kinda long-winded for me so i suggest you fast-forward it a little...
that's the hairstyle i'm planning to do! ^.^

for shorter hair...

you can try this!! ^.^ (but this is more like shoulder-length!)

Helloooo New Lenses!

Hi! I recently bought a new pair of lenses from a singaporean blogshop! its my
first time buying from http://www.i-babydoll.com/ but so far so good! :D
the boss is pretty nice and i received the lenses within one and a half week :DD

sorry for the super blurry photo since this was taken using my SUPER lousy phone
i dont know if you can see it or not but this is the name of the blogshop and it was written on the envelope(it was BABY PINK!XD)

so far i have only worn it once, but its pretty comfortable! ^.^
it looks a little like Hatsune Miku's cosplay lenses though(i thought the colour would be brighter)
however the lenses does not provide any free lens case so i had to reuse an old one ;(
but overall i would rate the lens 7.5/10 ! :D
i wore it AFA(anime festival asia) but i forgot my camera so i have to wait for Miyoko to upload them!

Heya! 'Confession' time!

okay hi. i'm not supposed to be blogging right now since my exams are
not exactly officially over but i'm really bored right now so i'll do this.
this time no pictures but i hope to make this short and sweet.
i'm sure many know me as Miku,meido from Akibanana and some people have asked me
some simple personal info such as age,what education i'm studying etc.

so now...i think it's time to stop saying i'm 'forever 18'! :D i had to say this
due to the meido cafe's policies so i'm going to reintroduce myself:

Where To Get Cheap And Good Cosmetics~

HELLOOOO!!!!! I apologize for not blogging for a week, but then again, you can't really do anything about it! (ha!) blame it on my laziness! >.<
so today is about where to get really(not kidding!) cheap prices for pretty good makeup!

And the best part is...... ITS 24/7 OPEN!!!!
So now cosplayers who realize they are missing a lipstick or eye shadow at night can pop in at Mustafa at 3am and they would still welcome you! :DDDD
I'm gonna introduce this brand called "Constance Carroll" (actually recommended by Budget Barbie and I went to try it out) and I love it!
I bought their lipstick for around $2 and here's a picture!


I bought it for my Lolita photoshoot and the colour is "True Red"
Its not slimy and thick like other kind of lipstick!
I usually don't wear lipstick but after using this, I've have a newfound fascination on lipstick! ^_^
I bought a finishing powder(I think it's the same brand)



The finishing powder is okay I guess..
But guess how much I bought it for?!
